How to create a presentation from an outline

Use a simple outline format

The first line can become the deck title. Headings create slides, and lines beginning with a dash become bullets. No special syntax is required.

Review the structure first

After selecting “Create slides,” review every planned slide. Edit titles, reorder sections, merge related ideas, or split an overloaded slide. No input item should disappear silently.

Split long sections

When a heading contains many bullets, turn it into two slides that share one narrative. For example, separate the problem from the planned actions. This keeps text readable without shrinking it excessively.

Match layout to content

Check the generated result

1. Verify that every outline point is present.
2. Remove repetition, not evidence.
3. Add speaker notes.
4. Run readability and story checks.
5. Open the PPTX in the target presentation app.
